Product scope

Stepwise is a Chrome extension designed for use on chatgpt.com. The storefront, extension UI, and licensing flow should be used only in ways that comply with applicable law and the platform rules of Chrome, OpenAI, and any third-party services involved in your workflow.

Licensing

Stepwise is free to install and includes a limited number of free Plan Mode sends. After the free quota is exhausted, additional Plan Mode sends require a one-time paid license.

A purchased license unlocks Stepwise when a valid Lemon Squeezy license key is entered into the extension. Restore flows rely on the same key being re-entered on another browser profile you control.

• Licenses are for your own use and may not be resold.
• Sharing a license key publicly or packaging it into another product is not allowed.
• License availability depends on Lemon Squeezy and the Chrome extension runtime remaining operational.

Support and refunds

If the extension fails to unlock after a valid purchase, or if you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Stepwise support first so the issue can be reviewed.

Refund requests are handled case by case, with the order record and any relevant screenshots or error details used to verify the problem.

Changes and availability

Stepwise may update the website, extension behavior, pricing, free-trial limits, or these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of chatgpt.com, the Chrome Web Store, Lemon Squeezy, or other external dependencies.
